At the ISKL Girls 15s Tournament, we faced intense back-to-back group games. As we approached the last group game, we needed a victory against KTJ to advance to the 4th and 5th playoffs. Our team united, showcasing a strong defense with Tashyannie and Rania guarding Stella, who made impressive diving saves. Angelina displayed great positioning and netting a hat-trick.
After our initial success, we found ourselves once more pitted against KTJ in the playoffs. Recalling an earlier performance, we were able to secure a decisive victory. This triumph propelled us into the semifinals, but ultimately we lost to the eventual champions, Sri KDU Sunbears.
Our defeat led us to face the host team, ISKL, whom we had previously lost to 1-0 in the group stage. The girls had given their all in every game finally securing a final 4th place finish. Well done!
