The flagship campus at Sungai Buloh is spread across 6-acres of land with 4 purpose-built buildings to nurture students to become valued members of this fast-changing world. The school moved from its original location in TTDI to Sungai Buloh in 1997 and has continued to make a significant difference in the lives of children who join the elc family. Nestled in a green campus, elc is easily accessible through the Sungai Buloh MRT and KTM stations.

elc International School’s Sungai Buloh campus provides affordable, high-quality British education to students.  The campus is accredited to the “Gold Level” by the Education Development Trust and is affiliated to Cambridge Assessment International Education, AIMS, and FOBISIA.  It is also proud to offer the Junior Award Scheme for Schools.  At every level the teachers work hard to mould children into well rounded individuals, ready to take on the challenges of adult life.

ACADEMICS

At the Sungai Buloh campus, the elc tradition is clearly evident with students who are motivated to excel in every sphere of life. Developing a strong work ethic is given utmost importance and every member of the school works hard to ensure the children receive a superior educational experience. The faculty consists of experienced teachers from all over the world, including Malaysia, who follow a structured result-oriented learning methodology. The School’s efforts are reflected in the outstanding performance of students in the IGCSE examinations every year. Following their predecessors, the 2021/22 batch scored extra-ordinarily well, with 79% of all exam grades being A*/A. They achieved  over 30% more A*/A grades than the world average.

EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

elc International School lays emphasis on the importance of extra-curricular activities for the overall development of students. Hence, the daily school routine reflects extra-curricular activities where students obtain training from experts. The Sungai Buloh campus has a 2-acre sports field where students can learn and play football, athletics and a host of other activities. There are also indoor and outdoor basketball courts for the budding players to practice. For the little ones, the school has designated, purpose-built play areas. The school encourages all students to learn swimming, an important life skill. Hence, there is a ‘learn to swim’ training pool and a half Olympic-sized pool for learning and practising. For the budding musicians and artists, the school has a dedicated music and performing arts studio. The school works hard to ensure that the students enjoy life in their elc campus.
