Mini-Sagas

Year 10 recently concluded work on Mini-Sagas – a form of a very short story. Mini-Sagas are very tightly structured: the stories must be exactly 50 words and the title no longer than 15 words. Hence, they are particularly challenging to write. The stories attached make good use of double meaning and genre switches, with students ending their narrative with a twist to create an unexpected surprise for the reader.
